1. Guest Information Protection

The Hotel respects guest privacy and ensures that all personal information provided during reservations or check-in is kept strictly confidential.

2. Use of Guest Data

Information is used only for reservation processing, billing, legal compliance, and internal operations. We do not share data with third parties without consent.

3. CCTV Surveillance

For safety and security, CCTV cameras are installed in public areas. No cameras are placed inside guest rooms.

4. Wi-Fi Usage

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Guests are responsible for lawful use; the Hotel is not liable for data loss or misuse.

Terms & Conditions

ID & Registration

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or Valid Passport at check-in for verification purposes.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. For special requests, please contact the Hotel Manager.

Smoking & Noise

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment; loud music is not permitted at night.

Liability & Damages

The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms. Guests are fully responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors.

Swimming Pool Usage

Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Prohibited Items

Storing inflammable, hazardous, or dangerous articles in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
